Spearmint Powder

For Hormonal Balance (e.g. PCOS, acne, excess androgens):
🕒 Take 1 teaspoon daily
☕ Mix into warm water or herbal tea no sugar.
📆 Best taken in the morning or early afternoon.
⏳ Use consistently for at least 3–6 weeks for noticeable results.

For Skin & Digestion:
🥤 Add to smoothies or juices
🍵 Brew as tea (½–1 tsp in hot water, steep 5–10 mins)
🥣 Can be added to yogurt or healthy desserts
