- Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or in-store.
- Payments can be made via our M-Pesa till number
- All prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes where required.
- Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed and processed.
3. Delivery & Pick-up
- Same-day delivery within Nairobi for orders confirmed before the daily cut-off time.
- 24-hour delivery for orders outside Nairobi (through reliable courier partners).
- Customers may also pick up orders at our shop located at Superior Center, Ground Floor, Shop GM8, Kimathi Street, Nairobi.
- During promotional periods or high-demand seasons, deliveries may experience slight delays.
4. Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered or collected.
- Due to the nature of our herbal and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
- In case of a wrong or damaged item, kindly contact us immediately upon delivery so we can review and address it appropriately.
